Empowering you to live independently with compassionate home care services

ABOUT US

Help At Home Care Service was established in 2011 by Carol Perry, who has a passion for caring for older adults.  She gained her Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification and worked as a Community Psychiatric Nurse, specialising in caring for older adults.  Help At Home was borne out of a notion that given the right care and support people should live at home for as long as possible.

Our ethos is to enable service users to remain living fulfilled lives in their own homes.  We achieve this by promoting independence, dignity and quality of life. We are committed to delivering high quality personalised care.  Care is tailored to each individual's needs. Care packages may be short term or long term. However, before we commence a care package, we will discuss with you or your representatives your exact care needs, putting you in charge of your care pathway.

We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent regulator of health and social care in England to provide services to adults aged 18 years and over.

All our caregivers are compassionate and caring. They go through our rigorous recruitment and vetting process, which includes a Disclosure and Barring Service check (DBS) before they join our team. Once on the team they are required to do all mandatory training as well as regular updates

"Thank you to all the wonderful carers at Help At Home, for all you have, are and will be doing for our lovely mum"
